oh man... shit. this is all angsty, dramatic and violent (no surprise there) and i wish i could write something happy, people, really, i do, but it seems it just doesn't work with me... and i wanted a break from byakuya and renji and then this comes out... *puts head under pillow to scream*

yeah... well, i think i did manage to have a slightly faster pace of story telling...

Notes:  So here, finally, after a long wait, that very last chapter of Black-and-Red Conflict. It might not seem like much, especially not after all that happens before, but it was something that just needed to be written for me to feel this is really finished. I don't know how many of you have stayed with me until now, but to all who did: thank you so much! i started writing this for myself, but believe me, all your comments definitely helped me to go on and by now i didn't finish it only for myself, but also for all of my readers ;)

very important now that 'all is over'...

so, this weekend there was animecon/finncon 2009 in helsinki. unfortunately the location wasn't nearly as nice as the one in tampere last year. we also were so late with our costumes (because of the moving and other stuff) that we only finished them around 4-6 o'clock the same morning which meant that after the day we were so freakin' tired that we, after getting thoroughly wet on the way home, went straight to bed and couldn't get ourselves to go there on sunday, too...
really, seriously tired.
still, the saturday was nice. relaxed and without stress we were moving around slowly, posing once in while, taking a look at the artist alley and at the merchandise stands. so, even though we were tired it was a nice day.
but since my costume was still "work in progress", i hope to complete senbonzakura, get a silver lining into my haori and a crane ink drawing onto the outside of the haori and then have a real photoshooting some time next year...

ok, so just a very, very short update. animecon is this weekend in helsinki.. in case there are finns reading this.. are you coming?
anyways, BRC is almost done, i am in the middle of the last chapter but haven't had time to write because i was in holidays and came back to move to another flat which was full with problems i don't even wanna talk about and then of course there was the costume to be done for animecon which was one full week earlier than i thought it should be. for some reason i mixed up the dates which is why i had almost no time at all for my costume. i will be kuchiki byakuya (and my illustrator will be renji XD) and i am not completely ready yet, but almost, almost. not much to be done until i can "be him".

so, yes... so much for that. just so you know that brc isn't forgotten... all the opposite. i've been reworking the whole thing and it is now in its finished form. i won't update it anew here on lj though, coz it always messes up the formatting and i'm too tired to do it. on AFF the story is updated with the new version until chapter 15, though. there is a reason for all that reworking, which will be revealed together with the very last chapter ;)

i've been back from japan for like..... almost 2 months and i completely forgot to update here!!!! O_O
i'm so sorry... anyways, my finals and most of the stuff that has kept me away from the computer (off writing) for along time is done now, so you will be happy to know that i am working on the final words for BRC right now. i hope to get it done in the next 1 or 2 weeks....

that page is in finnish, but you don't need to worry about that. just click on the thumbs, those lead you to the respective galleries. one nice thing was a service they provided where everybody could go and let a photo be taken of them. like by a professional photograper in front of a gray background so they might be easier to edit later on.

really, there are some amazing costumes... now i for the first time see how many great people i actually missed! °_° but then with so many visitors it's impossible to see everyone.... *sigh*
